Account Executive
We are currently seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven successful track record to sell for our flagship ERP product AGRESSO to a defined territory in North America. Account Executive: This is a high profile position requiring a self-motivated, innovative solution selling individual who is well-organized, has excellent communication and presentation skills and who thrives in a fast moving and challenging environment. Responsibilities include: Secure business from new and existing customers on a consistent basis and achieve your annual quota and other agreed upon business objectives Develop and maintain a balance funnel of accounts/opportunities Manage your territory effectively, which includes aggressively prospecting and being aware of major opportunities within the territory Achieve a high level of external and internal satisfaction. This means being customer focused, responsive, doing high quality work, having a positive attitude and being timely in all respects Achieve and maintain a high level of understanding of the products and services offered by Agresso, the associated pricing and any special initiatives Become familiar with and adopt Agresso’s Sales Process (Keeping the Funnel Full as adapted for Agresso).
Qualifications: - Five years of experience in a consultative roll selling software solutions, with a minimum of two years of successful experience in the ERP market
- A solid accounting background is a major advantage
- Must have a record of success in both complex enterprise environments and in smaller, high growth entrepreneurial organizations
- Experience using a proven sales process that enable the use of sales strategies to leverage existing opportunities, sell creatively, look for innovative solutions and uncover new opportunities
- Proven ability to develop and make successful sales presentations
- Proven history of solid relationships with customers and partners
- Strong communication, needs analysis and business analysis skills
- Work as a team player, is self-motivated and able to make decisions quickly
- Candidates must be willing to travel
