Shelley Zapp
President

As president, Shelley oversees the business development and operations of Agresso in North America.  Her 20 year career in the information technology business gives her a thorough understanding of all aspects of the company and industry. 

Prior to becoming President, she was the Vice-President, Operations at Agresso. Shelley has completed studies in Computer Science at Camosun College, Business  at the University of Victoria, Project Management at Royal Roads and is PMP certified from the Project Management Institute. Tirza Lowensteyn
Vice-President, Professional Services

Tirza joined Agresso’s North American operations early in 2003 as Director, Support and Information Technology. She is currently responsible for managing Consulting Services.

Previously she was employed by Agresso's parent company, Unit 4 Agresso in Sliedrecht, the Netherlands, since 1991.  Prior to leaving Unit 4 Agresso, Tirza held the position of Business Unit Manager Unit 4 Support, where she was responsible for a large team of service employees.  She holds a Bachelor in Education from the Hogeschool/University of Utrecht and a Project Management Certificate from Royal Roads University.

John Scott
VP Sales and Marketing

John is responsible for setting the marketing and sales strategy for the Agresso sales/marketing teams.  His outstanding leadership experience and focused strategic approach are key to Agresso continuing to extend its current client base in the United States and Canada.

John has over 15 years of Sales Management and Marketing experience.  Prior to joining Agresso, he operated a consulting practice and before that spent five years at enterprise software learning company Click2learn, Inc (now SumTotal Systems, Inc) in a variety of sales and business development roles, including Regional Vice-President of Sales and Vice-President of Business Development.  Before Click2learn, he worked for over ten years in Sales and Sales Management with National Education Training Group (NETg), a Thomson Learning Company.  John is a graduate of the University of Washington.

Jean-Daniel Cusin
Director of Operations

Jean-Daniel joined Agresso in late 2004 after a successful 20 year career as a business management consultant in the manufacturing sector, helping client companies select and implement ERP software solutions. His focus was on the elimination of waste by substituting information-based solutions to issues that were otherwise absorbed by inventory, delay and wasted capacity. He is particularly adept at business process optimization and restructuring. He was the architect and developer of a decision support application designed to help production and inventory planners fine tune the replenishment parameters used by ERP systems for forward planning, dramatically increasing the payback potential of such systems. It was while completing a Master of Art in Leadership and Training at Royal Roads University that he fell in love with the West Coast, moved here from Montreal, and never looked back!

His rapid ascent through the ranks at Agresso now sees him as the Director of Operations, having responsibility for Software Development and Customer Service. He likes to balance his busy days with relaxing projects such as gutting his new house and renovating it end to end.
