Agresso North American User Group
The North American Agresso User Group (NAAUG) is a non-profit association dedicated to enabling the Agresso user community to exchange best practices, knowledge and know-how, experience and to facilitate networking among the membership and with Agresso. The NAAUG is an independent organization, active in the support and development of Agresso. Run by a council of Agresso customers representing a cross section of industry sectors the NAAUG has been formed independently by, and for, Agresso Users. Since February 2006, a handful of users from across North America have volunteered their time and worked together to ensure that the vision of a North American Agresso User Group came to fruition. The NAAUG is dedicated to enhancing the user experience with, and knowledge of, the products offered by Agresso North America through the exchange of information between members, and partnerships with Agresso and their business partners. Agresso is proud to support this initiative. It means that the Agresso user community in North America has grown and become mature enough to want to establish a community of practice. The existence of NAA User Group means that new kinds of conversations can take place between its constituent members and with Agresso. We share a common objective: to ensure that Agresso Business World continues to be one of the foremost ERP system for people-centric organizations. Why an Online Community? North America is a big region to cover. Imagine the costs and logistical complications of creating a vibrant and fruitful User Group if it was constrained to meeting face to face to get anything done. Using this online space will allow us to have conversations and make progress without the limitations of physical proximity.
