Browser for Beginners is geared towards users who are live on their Agresso installation and regularly use Agresso reporting tools to retrieve information. You will typically have live access rights to be able to use and maintain browser templates and balance tables Ever asked yourself these questions? What does the search tab browser do? What does join column do? In the selection stage we were shown something called Analyzer but we never use it. Why? How do they get those colour schemes applied to my output? Where should I store my templates? What I really want is a variance percentage column added to my expenditure review. What the heck is apar.id and cat1 in my output. Can I make it more relevant? Which tree or relation did I use to get this consolidated view? It looks great on screen, but how to I get it to my manager in a format they will understand. My old system had these cool traffic lights that highlighted the rows of data I had to focus my attention on. It would be great if Agresso could do the same I wonder how easy it would be to share all my private templates? Some of them will be useful to co workers How can I access my reports when I am away from the office? If you answered yes to most of them, consider taking 120 minutes out of your schedule to find out the answers. By the end of this session you should: • Understand the basic uses of Agresso's reporting tools both in the Office client and in Web Services. • Understand how to use the Agresso Browser. • Understand how to set up and use Balance tables. • Understand how to run Reports using various Output types including XML, Excelerator and Agresso Report Creator. • Understand how to manage the Report Tree, including adding Reporting items. • Understand how to access the Reporting items with Web Services. • Understand how to create Charts via Web Self Service. • Understand how to use Web Services Reporting functionality including the Web Views, Browser Templates and Information Pages.
