Overview

Upon completion of CentralCommand 2.0 User Training you should be able to walk through the required steps to complete the technical steps of the upgrade process. To accomplish this you will be given and overview of the process followed by step by step instructions as to how to perform the upgrade.

Prerequisites

This course is geared towards current CentralCommand onsite agencies who have IT staff who are familiar with the CentralCommand technical environment.

Target Audience

IT staff familiar with the CentralCommand technical environment.

Upgrade Procedures & Guidelines Module 1: Preparing for the Upgrade
